  very efficient check in. Extremely clean room organized nicely with all the expected comforts. Very courteous pleasant employees. Very quiet hotel. Very good breakfast accomodations and food. Walking distance to a Chili's rest. Very comfortable bed. Fast efficient check out.

  Very, very nice hotel! The rooms are large, beautiful and are always kept exceptionally clean! The staff is incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming. The only thing I can complain about is the parking lot. It's small and the spaces are even smaller! But it's a community parking lot so it's not really their fault.

  This place was great! It was very very clean, which was my main concern when it comes to staying away from home, especially if you have little kids. The beds were made perfectly. The style of this hotel is modern. It has a 24 hr gym, a heated pool and spa. It was quiet. I love the fact that it is walking distance to a Chili's Restaurant, literally a few steps away! The complimentary breakfast was also nice. The quality of food was great, lots of selection. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to my family and friends.

  Nothing that I didn't like.

  It's located near a business park, so if you're staying for business related stuff, it's nice. If not, then not so much.

  Everything we requested was given to us we had no problems with the reservation, the staff was extremely friendly and helped us with directions to a pharmacy cause I was sick they were awesome we were greeted every time we came back and when we left it was a great place to stay even though it was a little drive from where we were hanging out most of the time but the price and service made it worth it, the single king was really nice room not a great view but we weren't there for a great view from our hotel we were there to sleep, all in all it was a great experience and it was quiet so no problems falling asleep and there was a chilis restaurant in the parking lot

  the location was good we were just a little far from where we were spending most of our time but that is more our error than yours we are not from San Diego but we would definitely stay here again and still do all the driving.

  Staff very friendly, big screen TV

  Bath towels in bath not reachable from bath/shower...have to get out of tub to get towel to dry off. Also needs better lighting in bath. Was on third floor with room overhead that was noisy that kept us awake. We shut off heating unit (too noisy) but unit still came on and cycled.

  I like the front desk staff especially Marian. She is an excellent customer service person.

  Hope the housekeeping people will wait until 12 noon to check on rooms because there are people who sleeps late.

  The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a lot of choices. Free luggage cart provided made traveling with my disabled son much easier.

  Didn't like that there was no ice machine on the 4th floor where we stayed. Hallways were also really warm.
